Privacy Policy

This preliminary Privacy Policy outlines how PageSprout ("we", "us") handles data for the self‑hosted licensed version of the software. You deploy PageSprout within infrastructure you control; operational data (content, configuration, user accounts) remains in your environment. We do not operate a managed multi‑tenant cloud at this time.

Data Collected

Core account and content metadata (organizations, projects, pages, sections, field values) is stored to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

Preview & Media

Preview tokens embed minimal page data for temporary access. Any media you store is retained in storage systems you provision (e.g. object storage / CDN) as part of your deployment.

Security

Sessions use HTTP-only cookies. Transport should be encrypted via TLS as part of your hosting configuration. Apply standard hardening (rate limits, WAF, backups) suitable for production deployments.

Changes

This document will evolve if/when a managed hosting option becomes available.
